📦 Delivery Time: Orders take 9-10 days from the date of purchase to reach you. We currently ship across Canada only.

🏠 Accurate Info, Please! Double-check your shipping address and contact details before placing an order—because we want your goodies to reach you hassle-free.

Returns & Exchanges

We totally get it—sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

🔄 Exchanges & Store Credit:

  • Didn’t love it? You can return the item for a store credit (valid for 6 months).
  • We don’t offer refunds unless the product is damaged or you received the wrong item.

⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Item?

  • We’re sorry for the mix-up! Email us at [email protected] with a photo of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • We’ll provide you with a QR code to return the product via Canada Post (at no cost to you).
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process a refund or exchange.

📦 Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unsoiled, and returned with original tags intact.
  • Please pack the product securely before sending it back.

💳 Refunds & Processing Time:

  • Refunds (for damaged or incorrect items) will be processed within 7-10 business days and issued back to your original payment method.
  • Store credits will be emailed to you and will be valid for 6 months.
